Small study paintings, each created on paper, then mounted on wood panel and custom framed. These original artworks were created to learn, explore, and determine how to approach the main large-scale Drishti Paintings for Deb's 2024 solo exhibit at Amelia Douglas Gallery. For these small studies—Little Drishtis, as Deb calls them—she experimented with colour and texture layering, integrating sacred geometry (the Flower of Life), and using the Fibonacci sequence as a compositional guide. These small paintings were essential to the discovery process of learning to visually paint the frequency of her well-being. The process of each painting augmented Deb's own healing, and the titles reflect what she gained from creating each piece. Sold works can be purchased as prints. Contact Deb for image licensing.
