Illuminate the Artist Within (TM) ~ A journey in Acrylic Painting, Creative Process & Yoga.

This workshop retreat week is open to artists at any level willing to take part in an multi faceted journey that unfolds in beautiful natural surroundings. We will explore and play in abstract art making, delve into creative process and look into our blocks, and discover our personal and spiritual meaning of colour. Gentle somatic yoga and guided imagery will be integrated throughout the week to allow for integration of many of the principles you will learn and experience.

JOURNEY. Through the energy centers - chakras - of our beings as we explore colour and its personal and spiritual relevance to yourself and your art.

EXPERIENCE. Play. Fun. Community. Growth. Laughter. Music. Mistakes. A safe and compassionate group setting.

INTEGRATION. Somatic, trauma sensitive yoga as well as guided imagery will be integrated throughout the week to ground, center, and support your self and your creativity.
